Vegan Chicken Curry [7 servings per box]
Ingredients: Textured Vegetable Protein (Soy Flour), Soy Protein Isolate, Coconut Curry Seasoning (Spice, Corn Maltodextrin, Salt, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Potato Maltodextrin, Onion Powder, Turmeric, Garlic Powder, Coconut Oil, Acacia Gum, Citric Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Natural Flavor, Polysorbate 80, Turmeric Extractives (for color), Caramel Color), Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Tomato, Dehydrated Green Chili Pepper, Soluble Corn Fiber, Salt, Dehydrated Cilantro Flakes, Turmeric, Onion Powder blend (Spice, Turmeric, Paprika, Silicon Dioxide), Xanthan Gum, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper.

Directions:
Microwave:
- Combine the contents of 1 packet and 6 oz. (Approx. 175mL) water into a microwave safe bowl. Stir well.
- Microwave on high for 1 min 30 sec; then stir. Continue to microwave on high for another 1 min 30 sec. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed).
- Remove from microwave, stir and allow 1-2 minutes to cool. Enjoy.
*For drier consistency, prepare with 5 oz. of water
Stove-top:
- Combine the contents of the package with 6 oz. (Approx. 175mL) water in a saucepan. Stir thoroughly.
- Bring to a boil using medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes or until desired consistency is obtained.
- Remove from stovetop, stir and allow 1-2 minutes to cool. Enjoy.
