CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Qvie, it is our intention to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us.
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, just call our Customer Service at 971-40427-3754 to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. If the order has been paid for via Credit card, there will be a AED 75 cancellation fee. If the order has been paid for in cash, there will be no charge to cancel. If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information. In all circumstances, you can always contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you.
If you receive a wrong product, or a product received by you is damaged, you may return the product(s) by contacting our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receiving the order. All products must be returned to us, unused and with their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice. After our inspection and approval, we will replace the item(s) and arrange it to be delivered within 2-3 business days.
If for some reason you would like to exchange a product due to your preference in taste, arrangements can be made at a cost of AED 50 for the transaction. All products must be returned to us unused and with the original box and packaging.
