Ingredients:
Whey Protein Concentrate, Whole Wheat Flour, Milk Protein Isolate, Egg Whites, Potato Starch, Guar Gum, Baking Soda ( Sodium Bicarbonate), Fructose, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt, Whole Egg Powder, Citric Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Sucralose, Soy and/or Sunflower Lecithin.
Allergens: Contains milk, wheat, egg, and soy. Manufactured on equipment that processes peanuts and tree nuts.
Directions for use:
- Preheat griddle to 300 degrees F (or nonstick frying pan at low heat).
- Pour contents of one packet of pancake mix into 1.7 oz of water. Stir with fork until dissolved and mixed well.
- Pour mixture onto heating surface and flip over pancake when air bubbles are near its center (or cook up to 2 minutes on each side). Enjoy!
