Can I follow the Accelerate plan?

If you have a BMI > 30 kg/m² and do not have any of the following conditions, you can follow the Quick Start plan:

  • Less than 18 years old
  • Cancer or in metastatic phase.
  • Bone fracture
  • Taking corticosteroids.
  • Have diabetes type I (insulin dependent)
  • Have endocrinologic cause of obesity.
  • Peptic ulcer disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers
  • Hyperuricemia
  • Inflammatory bowel disease
  • Lithium treatment
  • Liver disease (protein restriction in the diet)
  • Mental Illness
  • Myocardial infraction within the last 3 months
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Treatment with phenothiazines
  • Renal insufficiency
How much weight I will be losing per week?
You can lose up to 2.5 kg per week. And it all depends on your commitment, consistency, BMI, % of body
fat & physical activity level.
Does it have any side effects?
You might face bad breath, constipation, diarrhoea, headache, and fatigue on the first 3 days.
Can I exercise while following the Accelerate plan?
The Accelerate plan is very low in calories, only a light walk is advised. Strength activities are not recommended.
What can I eat?

On the Accelerate plan you will consume 7 Qvie meal replacement per day. It Could be 7 shakes/pudding per day Or 6 shakes/Pudding & 1 vegetarian chili with beans or vegetarian Sloppy Joe.

On the easy accelerate plan you will consume 5 Qvie meals replacements and 1 cooked meal per day. The Qvie meal replacements are shake or pudding and the cooked meal is composed of protein and vegetables.
