Returns Policy

CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Qvie, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases and receive products of the highest quality.

1. Cancellation

We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind after placing an order.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at customercare@qvie.ae. We will make every effort to cancel the order, provided it has not yet entered the processing or dispatch stage.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return, and the relevant conditions outlined in the Return section below will apply.

2. Return

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), we can only accept returns in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product; or

• The product you received was damaged or defective upon delivery.

To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:

• Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging;

• Returned to us within 7 days of delivery; and

Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, we will replace the product(s) and arrange delivery within 2–3 business days.

Please note that products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reason

3. Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product due to a preference in taste or flavor, we can accommodate this request at a handling fee of AED 30.
All items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Opened or partially used food products;

• Items not in their original packaging;

• Products purchased as part of promotional or clearance offers.
