Description
High Protein Thai Soup – 18g High-Protein Meal
Ingredients: Milk proteins (emulsifier: lecithins from sunflower), flavourings (contain: milk), flavour enhancer: sodium glutamate, spices (lemongrass, turmeric, coriander, chilli pepper, ginger, garlic) (3.9%), fructose, red bell pepper, salt, mushrooms, maltodextrine, lemon juice powder, vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12), thickener: xanthan gum.
How to Prepare:
MICROWAVE
- Mix 200ml water with contents of1 packet in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave for 1 minute (800 W), then stir until completely mixed.
- Consume within 1 hour.
STOVE TOP
- Bring 250ml of water to boil then add contents of 1 packet.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Consume within 1 hour.
