Ingredients: Calcium Caseinate, Creamer (sunflower oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate [a milk derivative], mono and diglycerides, dipotassium phosphate, contains 2% or less of each of the following: tricalcium phosphate, soy lecithin, tocopherols [added to help protect flavor]), Nonfat Milk, Whey Protein Concentrate, Strawberry Powder, Guar Gum, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Fructose, Malic Acid, Salt, Sucralose, Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking agent), FD&C Red No. 40, and Soy Lecithin.
Contains milk and soy. Manufactured on equipment that processes wheat (gluten), egg, peanuts and tree nuts.
Directions for a Smoothie: Add 8 oz of cold water into a (10 oz or more) glass. Add contents of one packet. Stir vigorously with a spoon until a smooth, creamy mixture is obtained. Enjoy!
