Qvie Quick Start Plan is a 800-900 calorie diet, comprising of meal replacements and one regular cooked meal. Each meal is nutritionally balanced with the protein you need to feel full while your body burns fat away. This program is suitable for BMI >30 and is safe for type 2 diabetics.
Target weight loss: 8 kilos per month
How it works:
- Simply consume 3 Qvie meal replacements plus 1 cooked meal (detailed Plan guide provided).
- Space your meals 2-3 hours apart.
- Induction call provided by our Nutrition Consultant.

Can I follow the Quick Start plan?
If you have a BMI > 25 kg/m² and do not have any of the following conditions, you can follow the Quick Start plan:
- Less than 18 years old
- Cancer or in metastatic phase.
- Bone fracture
- Taking corticosteroids.
- Have diabetes type I (insulin dependent)
- Have endocrinologic cause of obesity.
- Peptic ulcer disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers
- Hyperuricemia
- Inflammatory bowel disease
- Lithium treatment
- Liver disease (protein restriction in the diet)
- Mental Illness
- Myocardial infraction within the last 3 months
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Treatment with phenothiazines
- Renal insufficiency
How much weight I will be losing per week?
You can lose up to 2 kg per week. And it all depends on your commitment, consistency, BMI, % of body
fat & physical activity level.

Does it have any side effects?
You might face constipation, diarrhoea, headache, and fatigue on the first 3 days.
Can I exercise while following the Quick Start plan?
The Quick Start plan is very low in calories, only a light walk is advised. Strength activities are not recommended.
What can I eat?
On the Quick start plan you will consume 3 Qvie meals (2 Unrestricted and 1 restricted) + 1 cooked meal
