How is Qvie Weight-loss plans different from other programs?
In fact, each meal replacement provides as much as nearly two counts of meat (12 grams per serving) with minimal calories, fat, and cholesterol. The meal replacements help the body maintain a higher metabolic rate during calorie restriction.
What are meal replacements?
It is a calorie controlled prepackaged product. It will supply the body with macronutrients in less calories.
How can Qvie meal replacements help me lose weight?
How much weight can I expect to lose? Can you guarantee that I will lose this weight?
On the Qvie Smart Plan, you can lose up to 1.5 kg per week.
On the Qvie Quick Start Plan, you can lose up to 2 kg per week.
On the Qvie Accelerate Plan, you can lose up to 2.5 kg per week.
On the Nursing Mom Plan, weight loss is as per the total calories consumed.
How much water do I need to drink?
How many calories will I be consuming?
The Quick Start Plan is a Modified Very Low-Calorie Diet and you will be consuming 800-900 calories per day.
The Accelerate Plan is a Very Low-Calorie Diet and you will be consuming 700 calories per day.
The Nursing Mom Plan is a calorie-controlled plan, and you will be consuming around 1800 calories per day. However, this plan can be tailor made per person.
Will I maintain my weight loss? Or will gain all the weight back after some time?
Can I use Qvie if I am pregnant?
Can I use Qvie if I am Breastfeeding?
I have diabetes, is it safe to be on the Qvie Program?
The Qvie Accelerate and Quick Start plans are suitable for Type II Diabetes, after consulting your doctor.
Do I have to visit a center to participate in the Qvie program?
Can I eat out while on the Qvie program?
Do I have to exercise to lose weight on the Qvie Weight Loss programs?
Qvie Weight loss plans do not require exercise to be effective.
It is not advised to practice any kind of rigorous physical activity while on the Quick Start and Accelerate plans. A light walk is always acceptable.
Regular physical activity is an important component to lifelong weight management, and overall health and wellness. At Qvie, we encourage our customers to achieve at least 150 minutes of moderately intense physical activity each week while working towards their weight loss goals.
Are there any side effects?
On the Quick Start and Accelerate plans, some side effects are present for the first 3 days. You might face bad breath, constipation, diarrhea, headache, and fatigue.
Does the program offer other benefits besides weight loss?
Are there restrictions on who can use Qvie to lose weight?
It is also not recommended for less than 18 years old.

When can I NOT follow a Qvie very low-calorie plan? (Quick Start and Accelerate)?
– Less than 18 years old
– Cancer or in metastatic phase.
– Bone fracture
– Taking corticosteroids.
– Have diabetes type I (insulin dependent)
– Have endocrinologic cause of obesity.
– Peptic ulcer disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers
– Hyperuricemia
– Inflammatory bowel disease
– Lithium treatment
– Liver disease (protein restriction in the diet)
– Mental Illness
– Myocardial infraction within the last 3 months
– Pregnant or breastfeeding
– Treatment with phenothiazines
– Renal insufficiency
Why Qvie plans are not allowed for less than 18 years old?
Can I have a cheat meal?
On the non-ketogenic plans, our nutrition consultant will guide you if you want to enjoy one meal every two weeks.
Why are fruits not allowed?
But as Qvie plans are very low carbohydrate and sugar, fruits are not a part of the plans.
On the maintenance phase fruits will be incorporated again.
Do I have to eat the portions of the cooked meal all at the same time?
You can divide it and consume it as per your preference if you are sticking to the quantity.
Can I drink coffee?
We usually allow a maximum of 1 cup of black coffee per day. If you want to drink more, it is better to have a decaf one.

What do you mean by restricted and unrestricted items?
The difference between them is their content of carbohydrates and total calories.
The restricted Qvie meals are higher in calories and carbohydrates.
